Does this look right?

I got this ultrasound when I was almost 5 wks. I wasn't at exactly 5 yet. I had to get it due to some bleeding so doctor ordered it. It was weird bc it wasn't a vaginal one like I thought, but does the little speckle look like it's in the right place? The big black spot the lady said was because I had a very full bladder. Which I did bc I was told to. I just want everything to be okay. She didn't seem concerned, she just said come back in when I'm further along. No negativity please...I've showed other adults that are parents and they seem to think everything is normal. This is my first so I'm nervous and excited and overwhelmed with a lot of emotions.
