Bleeding and 6 weeks pregnant..

I’ve been having bleeding or I’d say a brown pinkish discharge what does this mean could it mean a miscarriage or is it normal?? I went to the ER Saturday and they found the baby’s heartbeat I go to the doctors Thursday.. I’m so scared I don’t want to lose this baby.. here’s one pic of what I’ve been getting but it’s sometimes pinkish when I pee.. I’m so worried... Has anyone else had this and was the baby okay?....
