Needing motivation!
So I was going to the gym everyday for a month, but I haven’t been in a week from being sick 🙁 I just started feeling better today, and I need motivation to get back into the habit of going daily and eating right! I’ve spent the last week just laying in bed because I felt so sick, and as Newton said, objects at rest stay at rest 😂 Any ideas to get motivated again? 😅
