Just to give you some details, it has been raining where I’m at for about 4 days now, and we’ve had at least 7 to 8 inches of rain. So I get a call from my SO at work today. He never calls me at work unless it’s important. I answer, and he says we have a problem. The basement is flooding. We discuss what to do, and try to keep our spirits up. Then he says, “oh, and is this container of urine in the bathroom yours?”

I then proceeded to explain ovulation testing to him, and that I forgot to dump the evidence. I’m saying all this in front of my co-workers, who thank God are mostly all female! We’re all dying. To which he just says, “uh, ok, I’ll let you clean that up when you get home.”

Yep, I have a special dish from our cabinet that I use to collect urine for ovulation and pregnancy testing, and now my husband knows about it. I don’t think he truly understood how crazy women get when ttc until today. Poor thing.
