Does anyone have a " anxiety travel car bag" in addition to their hospital bag?!
I have a 40min-1 hr drive to the hospital depending on the time of day....I dont travel well when I dont "feel good " i.e. anxiety. So far I have a water bottle fan contraption that I feel is going to be crucial for the ride.....anyone else like this or have certain things they are using to cope w anxiety during travel time?!?! HELP
