No lol. Your baby is perfectly safe in there. Many doctors recommend bouncing on a yoga ball during the third trimester to relieve back pain, sciatica and start opening your pelvis to make labor easier

It’s advised to use it. My midwife advised to use it from week 26 to get baby use to being in the correct position. Bounce away ! Helps with sore back also
