Opinions on eloping?

So me and my SO just had our one year anniversary. I will be 21 in one month and he is about to turn 22. we both are graduating college in May and moving in together!

Ever since the night I met him, i’ve known deep down he’s the man i’m supposed to marry. i’ve never felt more sure about something. we’ve discussed getting engaged and decided we would wait until the spring and plan for a fall 2020 wedding!

Recently we’ve been joking around about just saying fuck it and going to the courthouse to get married and then having a big wedding for everyone else.

I just really want to be married to him! Any thoughts?
