Extremely visible veins in arm??

Hey Ladies! I’m 30, TTC#2. CD 28, 9-11 DPO (apps give me different fertile days and I didn’t do OPKs this month because we were taking a break from trying.... 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️) My cycles are usually 29-32 days in length. I was getting ready for bed tonight and I looked down and noticed all of these crazy blue veins in my arms. Going all the way through my hands as well. (Not normal at all!) I don’t remember this with my first pregnancy but I also didn’t know I was pregnant until I was about six weeks along. From what I have been reading this can be an early sign of pregnancy. Anyone have experience with this?
