Possible male infertility

Help?!!!! My partner and I had a miscarriage in January this year and it took over 7 months to fall pregnant. It has now been almost 9 months since the miscartiage and still nothing. He tells me that we need to relax more. I have seen my gp and according to him I do ovulate. I have my period every 29-30 days. I even have Ewcm, not slot but still there. I have had two children from a previous marriage. My current partner has now been through two miscarriages, one with me and one with an ex partner. My issue is I would like him to go get checked but he feels like I’m doing his as a blame thing when I’m not. I just need to know ho we can fix this. Can anyone give advice orbeen through similar things? I’m 39, he’s 36. Thank you
