This girl got a HIB (harassment intimidation bullying) against me for calling her names freshman year now we’re  juniors and the School said we can’t have classes anymore but then we’re in the same class now. I don’t get why because it’s in the rules we aren’t supposed to be in the same class anymore. I thought maybe she got HIB Too or they excused mine

Probably a simple oversight. No school would put someone in a class with another person that is known to harass and bully them, it’s a lawsuit waiting to happen.

You need to be removed from the class and put in another class away from your victim.

The school was supposed to take care of that and didn't. A sad but typical choice public schools like to make by "mistake"
