Go back to work or not

Hey, my baby is 6 months I have told work I will be back in January but now I’m not to sure I can have until March of but unpaid... if I go back it will be part time 8 till 1 every week day but my daughter will be with my mum and tbh I don’t know if she will cope this is my only choice. She told me to enjoy my baby girl as won’t last forever.. so confused in what to do.. what did you girls do?
