Still throwing up after a night out

Hiya. So this concerns my boyfriend not me. We went on a night out last night and my boyfriend was the most drunk I’ve ever seen him I think. So not surprisingly in the early hours of this morning he was throwing up. However, it is now mid afternoon and he is still throwing up but all he is throwing up is his bile acid (I think that’s what it’s called). Whenever he drinks water that just comes straight back up too. Should we be worried??
