GRAPHIC PHOTO!!

Sorry for the very graphic picture but I’m not good with blood and this freaked me out! My periods have always been irregular (ever since I first got it at 13... I’m now 33) ... I hadn’t had my period in a few months (as of July) and in August I was put on Nora-B (a progesterone only birth control pill that usually makes you not have a period)... but I’ve had several periods in the past 3 months. This past week I’ve been very light / spotting then this morning I put a regular tampon in and within 1 hour I was bleeding through my pants! When I got to the bathroom to change my tampon allllllll of this was stuck to it and it was saturated! What the?!?! Anyone have any advice? Is this ok??
