Negativity before period
Hey girls,
I honestly feel like I’m the only person (in my little world anyway) that suffers badly with psychological symptoms of pms. About 5 days before it’s due I go from being my normal cheerful self to self loathing, over emotional, depressed and highly anxious. It drives me absolutely mental because I know it’s not me but every time I open my mouth to say something it’s sooo negative. My partner is amazing. He supports me but he says it breaks his heart to see me hating on myself as much as I do and I shouldn’t feel this way all the time. He’s pretty over it and so am I.
Not to mention I get a lot of other fun PMS symptoms like bloating, lower back pain, fatigue, cramps and nausea! Which is the icing on top of my psycho cake 🙄
Any one else get like this? What do you do to relieve your symptoms?
Note: I’ve tried many different birth control methods and a lot of them made my psychological symptoms 100 times worse (next level psycho 😅) and nearly ruined my relationship.
