Last spring I had my IUD taken out to try for our 4th and last baby. I was trying to wait a month or two but surprisingly found myself pregnant almost immediately (our previous 3 took between 5 and 24 months to conceive). I had a miscarriage at about 11 weeks on aug 2; dr said wait until one regular period just to be safe since I hadn’t had regular period since iud.

I did and surprisingly we got pregnant right away again! But yesterday at 5 weeks I started feeling some really familiar cramps and back pain and have started bleeding that has lots of tissue in it.

I am pretty devastated. I’m torn between even telling the dr or just trudging along.
