Subchorionic hematoma?

Hi there
Went to the ER yesterday for bleeding and they found a “small” subchorionic hematoma. Has anyone else had this experience? I’m waiting to talk to my doctor about what this means for exercise (I’m 9 weeks) would love any personal experience.

I did. My dr told me to take easy. Give me a few days off work and to take my prenatal pills.  Had a ultrasound 2 weeks to see if it cleared up. Which it did. Went on and had wonderful 9 months. Plus I was 39! 😂. Here’s my last baby, my daughter.

I am 19 weeks tomorrow. I had an ultrasound at 12 weeks and everything looked great. I started bleeding that night. 
Worst experience of my life. We left for the hospital and didn’t get home until 5 am. We thought I certainly miscarried. At 3am they finally took me back to ultrasound to see where I was in the process and that’s when we saw the baby and the heartbeat still going strong. My scariest moments turned into my most magical. ❤️
I was shown where my SCH was, it was almost drained which made sense because I bled a lot. I followed up with my primary care and they said it could go either way, but that most SCH’s resolve by the 2nd half of pregnancy and do not present a problem. 
I spotted for a week after that. Then went 2 weeks without spotting, then one week with brown spotting. That was a few weeks ago. I put myself on pelvic rest and just had sex for the first time since it happened (6 weeks 😑) a few days ago. I was never put on bed rest. 
I have my anatomy scan on Wednesday, 🤞the SCH has resolved. 
I bought a doppler and use it every few days since this happened. I can also feel my baby now which is reassuring.
The odds are overwhelmingly in your favor that it will resolve and your pregnancy will go smoothly. Hugs to you! I know how scary it is.

I suffered that as well but every case is different. my mom too had the same condion abd her pregnancy went well. now my brother is 24. me on the other case literally started hemorrhaging golf ball suze clots abd miscarried at 13 wks. i had a d and c. but like i said each person is different and you just have to wait it out. however after that pregnancy i had another baby. he is now 2😀 god has a plan fir all of us. i wish you the best

I had one, found at 8 weeks. I had bleeding with it until 18 weeks, and then it disappeared. My doctor advised that I shouldn’t get my hopes up about this pregnancy, basically. So they can be dangerous and cause a miscarriage, but they can also resolve themselves too. I had my twins last month. 
I know some people are put on bed rest. I wasn’t but I really think that by avoiding walking and even standing as much as possible, I was able to get rid of mine. So I’d definitely say no to exercising at all at the moment.

I've had subchorionic hemorrhages with 2 of my pregnancies.  We lost the first one, twins, one at 6 weeks the second one at 15 weeks. Did everything we could but it happened anyway. 
When I found out I was pregnant again I was terrified.  When the doc told me that there was another subchorionic hemorrhage  I cried like a baby. They scheduled me for another visit 2 weeks after to check.  And thankfully, the hemorrhage had healed itself this time around. Im now 24 weeks with our rainbow. 
I took niacinamide as its been proven to help prevent miscarriage.  I also started eating one Brazil nut each day,  as they contain selenium which helps the placenta to be strong. I was also given a progesterone supplement. You can talk to your doc about these things.
