Could I be pregnant??

Last night, I was laying down watching tv, and out of no where, I felt like I was spinning in circles, got really dizzy and was nauseous, I keep thinking I’ve started my period and when I go to the restroom it’s just discharge, or my underwear are wet, this morning I woke up with mid back pain, to the point where if I stand up, it hurts! I’m two days late. yesterday I cried because I missed my husband and he was in the living room!! I took A test two days ago but was a BPN. Was going to take one this morning but my husband said to wait a couple more days!
