Not drinking liquids

My daughter has had a fever since Wednesday due to teething and vaccinations. The last 2 days she hasn’t drank much liquid. She woke up this morning barely wet. She slept extra long (14hrs). After 4 more hours I changed her diaper and it was almost dry, just a little pee in there. She’s now napping again/normal nap time. She has maybe drank 3oz today. She is pretty cranky when she’s awake because she doesn’t feel good and is in pain. She isn’t eating much solid food either, but I try to give her foods with a lot of water in them when she does eat. She ate like 4 raspberries for lunch and that’s it. At daycare her fever got up to 102. I don’t want to take her in for nothing but I also don’t want her to get too dehydrated.
