I’m officially 40+3 and...

This baby still doesn’t want to come out ☹️

I have a midwife appointment on Wednesday (10/17) and she said she will check to see if my cervix is ready (I think that’s what she said) and I have an ultrasound booked for Friday (10/19) at the hospital to make sure baby’s doing okay in there.

I’m just feeling pretty discouraged right now. It’s my first child so I’ve heard this is pretty common but I just thought it would have gone differently and she’d be born by now.
