Anxiety attack advice
Hi everyone! I'm Allie...
I just started online college recently and my family travels full time.
My family has had a lot of family problems lately with my dad being controlling, and ive been experiencing a LOT of anxiety.
Yesterday was a super busy day for me with church in the morning, driving to a different state in the afternoon, college, and then an event in the evening.
At the event, the building was pretty claustrophobic feeling with so many people... I could feel myself shaking and beginning to disassociate with my surroundings. Finally I just ran outside and had a full out panic/anxiety attack.
I need help guys!!!!
I don't know what to do...
I know I should properly nourish myself after a panic attack...
But I can't take any time off of college (I'm already behind), and I'm super stressed and busy now.
Any advice would be so appreciated!
