The full name will be Arlene Lorraine Wise. Arlene is for my husband great grandmother, Lorraine was the middle name of my grams stillborn. We would call her Arley (Arlene sounds like an older lady name to me)

I love the name, but I would not use the name of anyone's stillborn or of an early deceased person. At least ask her.

I think it's a lovely name but have you asked the mother of the stillborn baby if you could use the name? It might be heartbreaking to hear the name on another family members child.

My next door neighbor is named Arlene! (She’s early 30’s so not old at all). I ’ve always really liked her name :)

I would ask her how she feels about using Lorraine as the name. It might be a touchy subject  As for Arlene I find it too old lady especially with lorraine as the middle. Arley by itself is adorable though
