39+2 days pregnant

Was suppose to go in to be induced this morning, but the labor and delivery unit at the hospital didnt have room. (Im hoping maybe later today, we arent a big citt). Doctor stretched and stripped my membranes something fierce yesterday. I was in her words and "stretchy 3cm" 60% effaced and baby has been at a 0 station for almost 2 weeks now. I know discharge and spotting is normal after something like that. But I feel like this is a lot, so possibly mucus plug? If so how much longer do you think I have? If I go into labor on my own then I'm fine to go to L&D no matter how many nurses they have. (They're low on them that's why I cant be induced).
