I’m almost 4 weeks since getting my nexplanon removed, and I am really feeling it. My boobs are so sore I can’t stand for them to be touched and I feel different in my stomach like I did when I was pregnant with my son. Since I have absolutely no idea when I ovulated, because I was going to start tracking all that after my first period, could I be too early for a test? Is it possible to have symptoms before a positive test?

(I’ve never had sore boobs this bad with a period ever and I’m not bleeding now either)
