Struggling with ALOT. Need help

So I'm in the military and recently I've been going through a lot of stuff. Recently called off and engagement, first duty station ( alot going on there). I've had alot more anxiety attacks, I cried once while doing all night training. Ive been feeling extremely alone. Im going through financial issues with paying off loans. Im only 21. I'm just so confused about what to do.
