TTC after kidney transplant

hello everyone! My husband has been battling end stage renal disease (ESRD) since December 2014, once we found out that he had ESRD we immediately decided to actively start trying for a baby ♡ well we never were able to, his sperm slowly started looking less healthy, not as white. But he also never went to get a sperm count done as well. I have heard different sides, that after transplant we will no longer be able to conceive.. But we have also heard that with male fertility it gets better after a transplant. I am wondering if there is anyone on here that would have this information, if they have had luck with conceiving after a kidney transplant. Me and my husband want nothing more than to have our own family. especially after trying for almost four years.
