Laxative before C-section
Ladies, this is going to be my second C-section and after the first one I had horrible constipation that had lasted for a week or so. Somewhere I've read that I should start taking laxatives a week or two before the surgery to eliminate the constipation after the surgery. Has anyone had similar experience and has anyone tried any laxatives before the surgery?
My OB recommended Peri-Colace laxative.
