Is poor management worth a great paying job?

Is an unhealthy workplace worth staying at that has poor management and has great pay and benefits.

Unfortunately I've yet to find good management, so if I'm going to be miserable either way, at least follow the money.

I say no because of the job I was in, I was a new bank teller, lots of rules and regulations to follow. When I wasn't sure of something, I'd need management to sign off with approval before I made my next move, if not the mistake would fall on me. The managers I had were very carefree with me, not helpful at all and I didn't want to risk legal problems. Plus they're were just all around bad leaders. How can someone be a great worker, with crappy leadership? Giving out different and wrong information, not teaching a new employee, letting them fend for themselves. Nope I couldn't do it.
If you can find another job, or if you don't need that job, I'd move on.

I said no however I’m guilty of staying at a poorly run company because of my good position and pay... everyone around me is leaving though so maybe I should too! Awful to their staff.

I say no, after 3.5 years of dealing with it, I changed jobs. Get paid $5 less per hour now but I’m so much happier. Just had to change up our budget.
