My boyfriend thinks I’m cheating on him (long vent, don’t have to read)

Sometimes my boyfriend goes through my phone and I let him because I don’t have anything to hide but one day he looked through messages from my cousin Reggie and saw this

This was around my Birthday back in August. My cousin wanted to hang out with me for my birthday and I guess he wanted his friend Ky to come with. Now I don’t know Ky like that, I’ve only meet him once when my cousin invited him to our family zoo get together. So when he mentioned Ky in the text I didn’t really think much of it nor did I care because I don’t really know the guy.

But unfortunately my boyfriend doesn’t see it that way. My Boyfriend didn’t go out with us that night cuz he was low on money so he thinks I was planning on this guy Ky to come with us so u could hook up with him or something? Which isn’t true. He also thinks that my cousin was trying to hook us up and I know for fact that’s not true cuz Reggie acts like my big protective brother. My boyfriend wants me to ask my cousin why he sent the text but I don’t know how. If I ask him now he’s going to find it odd that I’m asking him that and he’s going to want to know why, and I don’t want to tell him why cuz he’s never meet my bf and I don’t want his first impression of him being strange.

Oh and I also just recently got treated for bacterial infection and on the internet it says that you can get this by doche or by having multiple sex partners😕 Now I dont know how I got this infection, but he really thinks I’m cheating on him now. We have been dating for a year and 5 months and I really love him but really don’t know what to do anymore.
