Struggle loving my self !

Well I'm 20 years old I have a little 6 month old baby  n I'm  5'2 and I weight 170! :/ the averag weight I should be is 125-130. The problem is , idk how to loose the weight , how to tight back my body what is it that I have to eat ? What not to eat ! If anybody has advice or can help me please please ! Let me know. I really struggle on loving my self , I sit , you can see love handles . Any room I'm in , i tend to sweat a lot , yes sweat :(  I feel like I'm so fat that I sweat ! Please help me , my weight stresses me out :/ I just wanna feel healthy and not worry about needing to pull up my pants or pull down my shirt to hide my fat I wanna be able to wear color all I wear is black and gray :/
