Happy birthday to our twins in heaven!

One year ago I walked through those hospital doors to go into surgery. One year ago you both were taken from your first home and placed in your forever home in heaven. As sad as I want to be, I am grateful for everything you two have taught myself and our family. You gave us a love not everyone gets to experience and you taught us how to be strong when that seemed so impossible. We love and miss you both so much! Happy first birthday to our sweet twins. ❤️🐘🐘❤️
