20 week scan....

Anyone ever had their down syndrome testing come back normal like Mine was 1 >10,000 so I wasn’t worried at all about down syndrome but then I go for my 20 week anatomy scan and they find urine backed up in my babies kidneys which my doctor told me was nothing to worry about and it is very common in boys will resolve most likely before birth and not a life or death situation. Ofcourse I get on google and Down syndrome keeps popping up saying it’s a soft marker for it...... and YES I would love my baby just the same no matter what I’m sick of moms judging because a parent could be worried of DS ofcourse I want my baby healthy and not to have it but it would be ok if so! My ? Is has anyone ever experienced this and same boat as me there DS test came back negative in the first trimester but then this happened? I’m only 26 and have a healthy 7 year old. Thanks guys
