Is some tissue paper spotting normal?

I’ve noticed just a little tiny red/pink spotting whenever I wipe after peeing. I don’t have bad cramps or anything, but is spotting like this normal?? I’ve had 2 miscarriages in the past and this is my third time getting pregnancy so every little thing freaks me out. I’m in my first trimester. Any reassurance? 😣

They also told me that in early pregnancy things are really vascular down there. So bleeding sometimes happens for no reason. I didn’t have any spotting, but I had some internal bleeding around week 6, that ended up resolving on it’s own. Bleeding when your pregnant is terrifying though no matter how much they tell you it can be normal! I miscarried in June, so I’m in the same boat as far as being freaked out by everything.

How far along are you? And did you do anything strenuous? Like exercise, heavy lifting or sex? My doctor said the cervix can get irritated really easily during pregnancy and bleed a little. After exams or sex or straining to poo(sorry tmi lol)
