CBD oil???

Has anyone tried CBD oil? If so has it helped you at all and what does did you start out with?

Yes it helps my anxiety. Medical marijuana is legal in my state so I went to a doctor for my panic attacks. Thc will induce panic attacks CBS oil used as a daily supplement can help with no psychoactive properties

I use it for anxiety. I started with Charlotte's Web oil, and because my body can react pretty strongly to things I started at 5mg a day. That certainly made a difference, but I quickly bumped it up to 10mg a day.
I'm about to switch to the 15mg capsules. I find I'm dissuaded from taking the oil because honestly hemp oil doesn't taste great and it's kind of a pain. But I do think it's the best place to start so you can figure out what dosage works for you. If you start with the oil, hold it under your tongue for about two minutes before swallowing; you will absorb more into your system that way.

I've started to use it for anxiety. I got it in lollypop form with 50ml in each one. I haven't noticed much difference. It does take the edge off but doesn't get rid of my anxiety. But I guess it helps me to better cope with it myself. Everyone's experiences are different. Some people post journals online about their experiences with it. It's worth the read. I recommend giving it a try and just see how your individual body reacts to it.
