I’m afraid my dog is going to pass away soon

The past two days, she has been trying to hide under the porch. My mom says that’s what many dogs do when they are sick. They try to hide. She’s been acting funny and shaking. We took her to the vet yesterday and they don’t know what is wrong ☹️ they gave us some medication for an ear infection but they aren’t clear if she actually has one or not. She keeps tilting her head so that’s why they thought she might. I’m sad. 😢
