Bfp/ectopic pregnancy

Sooo I currently have 2year old fraternal twin girls, 3 months after I had them I ended up having an ectopic pregnancy which resulted in the loss of a Fallopian tube. We haven’t been officially trying but weren’t taking precautions to not get pregnant. I don’t know wether to be excited right now or a nervous wreck!!!! An emotional disaster right now, I can’t imagine dealing with another ectopic pregnancy. Think it’s safe to say I need to see the Dr. ASAP
