Swaddling
Hi all! I do not know if this is the right group or not to post this, but I wanted to know, for all those who have swaddled, when did you stop and how?
I started to notice my daughter wanting to roll over while swaddled, so I stopped, abruptly. She eventually fell asleep without her arms being tucked in. Yet, I wanted to know what techniques you all used to stop swaddling and transition into sleeping without it.
