I have no idea what to do.

My son screams his head off the second I put him in his carseat. Starts diving for me (almost jumping out of the car) and will scream the entire time he is in his seat going down the road. I have tried giving him toys, setting my phone up in his cupholders to let him watch baby Einstein.... Today I had to have him in the car to drive to drop my husband off at work since we only have one car atm. Kiddo screams bloody murder for 45 straight minutes. He was fed, clean, had toys, had baby songs playing on the radio, ive tried talking to him, singing to him.... He won't take pacifiers. I have spent over 100 dollars trying different pacifiers just so he can use one in the car.

I can't sit back there with him and let him know im IMMEDIATELY in arms reach since Im driving... and even if I do it only delays the crying for 10 minutes.

This is my normally happy boy. He is usually really calm and happy unless he is in the car. I can't just avoid the car 😭 I spent 200 dollars on his new carseat thinking that it would help... He is 4 days away from 7 months old.
