Abnormal period need advice !!

I have a situation and I need advice. I am 16 years old with a super heavy flow. I wear super plus tampons along with two pads which I change regularly bc I know for a fact I will bleed through if that is not done. It is usually 7 to 10 days heavy flow not including spotting but earlier this month I had my period for eight days which is normal for me but then I got my period again in the same month (11 days earlier than expected) and I am currently still on it and is my 22nd day (still super strong with occasional blood clots)

I am very worried and so is my family and health teacher

I am waiting for my doctors appointment but until then I need insight to either prepare for bad news or put my mind at ease... please help !!
