pain after sex ?

okay, so I was away for a while and I had sex with my partner recently but i feel some pain after that and now i noticed some super light bleeding. Is this normal or should I worry?

If I go a long time without having sex and than I have sex it does feel painful. I get super tight down there if I go a few weeks without any. I don’t know why it happens and it kinda sucks but I just get really tight after a while of no D. Just make sure you are really wet and turned on when getting back into it. For me the wetter and more turned on I am the less it hurts. Spend sometime on foreplay. I also noticed it was the condoms I was using they were full of chemicals and they would burn and irritate me down there. So you can also look into that. I started using all natural condoms. And it has helped. Good luck!
