Help?

Let me start by saying I've already called my doctor waiting on a call back. I've been dealing with this off and on since I found out I was pregnant I'm currently 24 weeks has anyone dealt with random spotting? I've had 4 ultrasounds and never been told there is any bleed or anything. I know I'm dehydrated right now and currently on some antibiotics that's making my pee really yellow so ignoring the color on the tp.

ETA: I haven't had sex in a few days and the other times are the same no sex either
