Any one transition into the bigger carseat yet?

Just curious as to where everyone is at. My little one is 7.5months and I was thinking of transitioning him around 8 or 9 months. 🤷‍♀️🤔

We transitioned at 6 1/2 months because he hated his car seat so we got the convertible one. We got the 1st safety grow & go 3 in 1. It’s on the cheap side ($130) and I love it! I love how it has very good padding and it goes to rear facing to 40 lbs and the whole car seat itself goes up to 100 lbs. so we don’t even need to buy a booster seat since it turns into one! It has side impact protection & harness holders so it makes it easier to get him in and out of it. It also has 3 recline positions so we can get the best fit! I highly recommend for you to look it up and see all the features on it!

From what my doctor told me, it depends on weight. She said to leave it facing rear-end as long as possible.

We started in the convertible car seat (rear-facing, of course).  It was rated for newborns, and I prefer babywearing to carrying a seat around.

We transitioned a few weeks ago because she was less than an inch from outgrowing her infant seat by height. She’s just over 7 months.

We went from the infant carrier to the Graco Extend2Fit which lets us rear face until 50 pounds 😍 I'm in LOVE with it and so is he!!

My guy is about 23-24 pounds and super long so we’ve transitioned him already 🐷

Mine outgrew hers at around 4 months 😂 never wanted an infant car seat anyway, I think they’re a waste of money 🤷🏼‍♀️
