getting induced / no epidural / inducing labor natural

so if I dont have my baby by 39 weeks I'm getting induced! I really dont want to but babys stomach is measuring small. I wanted to have a natural labor/ birth like my 1st. does anyone have experience with getting induced and getting no epidural? & do you get to choose ur way of being induced? I would love to go into labor before, so any advice on getting labor started? I have a week n 3 days from being 39 weeks.
