What to do if the TSH is high

I have done my blood test last month and it seems that my TSH ( Thyroid stimulation hormone) is high so what to do..its create problem to conceive as per dr recommendation..

I would go get it retested to make sure it is still high and at that point you can get on synthroid.

If it's high you have hypothyroidism and this will definitely play a factor in being able to conceive. You need a proper dose of medication and when you do conceive you need to have your levels rechecked each month because unbalanced levels can cause a miscarriage in early pregnancy and slight developmental delays in later pregnancy. I've been on medication since I was 9 and I'm currently 32 weeks pregnant, however I did unfortunately lose my first baby because my levels were not monitored properly. This go around I personally reminded my dr at each appointment that I would like my levels to be rechecked and everything has turned out great with slight increases in my dosage
