I’m super confused😩

So long story short we had sex during my fertile window, on and after my ovulation day. That was about a week and a half ago but now I’m feeling all the same symptoms (and more) when I was pregnant for my first son. I’ve been nauseous, dizzy, peeing a lot and being so so thirsty which is the same when I was pregnant the first time, but I also am having nose bleeds, cramping, and I’m suddenly repulsed by my boyfriend. I’ve been tracking my cycle with two different apps and I’m testing like crazy but still getting negatives. I have like three or four days until my expected period but I’m just confused because I get a negative on every test but I just know I’m pregnant. Has anyone else felt like this, like you know but just can’t get a positive? I’d love some advice or a similar story! 👶🏼
