Taking the keto plunge
My husband and I are thinking about starting the keto diet. I'm really nervous. We had our daughter last December and I gained 60 pounds while pregnant. I've lost just over 40 lbs and still have ways to go. Reading about how high fat Keto is I'm so nervous I'm going to do it wrong and gain weight. For the most part we don't eat to much carbs and I feel that will be easyish to cut out. We don't eat a lot of fatty things like cream and Bacon so that would be a huge adjustment and I'm scared I'll eat to much. Any tips/ words of encouragement? Thanks!
