Cigarette butts😒

My sister was at work on her break and a guy in a truck drove by her. This ass hole threw his cigarette butt out the window and hit my little sister. Y'all, I am pissed. It burned her. What a jackass. I'm sure he didn't mean to but it did happen. Cigarette butts are still littering. Is it really so hard to put them in a soda can or ash tray?? My husband smokes and keeps a bottle to put them out in. Man I'm pissed about this. Not only is it my little sister, she's pregnant. AND IT BURNED HER!!!! Gaahhhh!!!
