It depends on how your body reacts to it. I can’t drink during my period because it makes me cramps so bad I can’t move. But sometimes it helps people so it just depends.

It is only a bd idea if you are suffering from awful cramps and have taken painkillers for it

It can make your symptoms worse since you get dehydrated but I’ve personally never noticed a difference

The only time I’ve ever puked from drinking I was on my period it was awful
