Family causing stress

Ok guys so this is going to be a long post. Both my boyfriend and I work at gamestop as keyholders, we bring home about 700 combined every two weeks. We are expecting our first and only child. I have stage 4 endo and several other issues. So we don't have much money. I had to borrow money from my step mom and dad to pay for my glasses. My boyfriend got a red light ticket last week because he was behide a big box truck and didnt see it was red till it was to late. So we had to pay close to 200 for that which is more than what I bring home. Well today I had to call out of work to go to the urgent care for a possible uti. I text my step mom letting her know we had to go and why. A few hours later she texts me practically demanding the money we owe. She didnt even ask how I was feeling. About 3 years ago I got into a bad accident and got a settlement. She borrowed half of the settlement and I never once asked her about it or demanded her pay it back even when I needed it. She kept putting off paying it and finally only paid about 1/3 of it the other came in a car that needs some work. I didnt know it needed work till after I started driving it. I feel like she doesn't care about us or her first grandchild. Idk what to do. We only borrowed 100 and paid 20 of that back. I feel so abandoned and hurt. What would you guys do and how would you handle this?
