Suspicious or paranoid??

Ok, so as far as I know my husband has never cheated. Tonight he went to a friends wedding reception. He said he was just going to say hi and would meet me at my grandpas. Well, it’s been 2 hours and he isn’t here. He has turned his phone off as well the second I started texting him and calling him to find out where he is. That’s just not normal of him. I am worried. Does this sound suspicious to you? I charge his phone for him, so I know it’s not dead. I also drove past where he said the reception is and I did not see his truck.
