Yes. I read this thing that said “often the first thought that comes to your head is what you’ve been programmed to think and the second thought is how you really feel.” It’s natural, we are so used to judging everything good or bad but most of us also understand the concept of being accepting and loving and caring which doesn’t usually line up with what society programs us to think.

I am usually mean ,with people who cannot help themselves. Im nice about everything of course when im voicing concerns but the things i say in my head are different.
